CHRIS MOBLEY ELECTED TO AIF BOARD

NEW YORK (January 15, 2008) – ALM, a leading media company serving legal and business professionals, today announced that Chris Mobley, publisher and president of ALM’s Daily Business Review, has become the first publisher elected to the board of directors of the Associated Industries of Florida in its 88-year history. AIF represents the business community before elected and appointed officials of state government on issues of interest to the business community.

Mobley, elected on to a two-year term, is expected to serve on the association’s Information Technology Council, working to grow the state government’s IT capabilities to meet the demands of a diverse, fast-growing population. He has also joined the group’s recently reactivated Taxation Committee, which has been charged with helping AIF formulate its position and proposals on issues related to taxation and tax policy.
