The other shops sell websites. I run the kind your competitors would report if they could: found first, trusted on sight, paid before they finish scrolling. No agency layer, no crew to pay off. Dock to drop in twenty-four hours.

The manifest.
Strategy first, then the run.

Same operator who ran the first sites for Tribune Digital, theglobe.com, and Ultra Music Festival. Now solo, now AI-assisted, and nobody upstream taking a cut. Same hustle, less heat.

// Operator

Kit Mobleyis a web developer and charter captain based in Islamorada, Florida. He builds custom websites for small businesses across the Florida Keys, from Key Largo to Key West, using Astro, Tailwind CSS, and Netlify. Prior work includes the first website for Ultra Music Festival (2000–2001) and Tribune Media digital across six major newspapers (Los Angeles Times, Sun-Sentinel, Orlando Sentinel, Baltimore Sun, Hartford Courant, Chicago Tribune). He holds two U.S. patents (US6999458 and EP1836591A2), a USCG Captain's License, and serves as Vice President of South Atlantic Fishing Environmentalists (S.A.F.E.), a 460+ member marine conservation organization. Single-page sites start at $500; multi-page at $1,500; full custom builds at $5,000+. Phone: (954) 682-9551.

I ran Ultra Music Festival's first site before most people had broadband. Two U.S. patents came out of one of the biggest IPOs in history. I built the AWS backbone for the Chicago Tribune empire. Now I move complete sites in twenty-four hours with AI, from a helm in Islamorada, and I answer my own phone. Same hustle as cranking club flyers at 3 AM.
